We appreciate your business and the opportunity to serve you. Your DrapeCaddy® is designed to provide years of reliable service, thanks to its durable, high-quality construction. We are confident that our anesthesia screens are among the best available, and you will notice a remarkable difference while performing procedures on your patients. Our anesthesia screens are also more durable and user-friendly compared to other options currently offered. However, if you are dissatisfied with your DrapeCaddy® for any reason, please review our return and warranty policies below.
**Return Policy**
If you are not satisfied with this product, you may return it for a full refund within the first 10 days after receiving it. The product must be purchased directly from Austin Medical Design, LLC, or one of our authorized associates.
To initiate a return, please follow these guidelines:
- You are responsible for returning the product. All returned or exchanged items must be properly packaged with suitable packing material.
- If the item was damaged in transit, we will gladly exchange it as long as we are notified within 72 hours of delivery.
- Please contact us to obtain return authorization so we can process your return.
- We reserve the right to deny a full refund if the product is not returned according to these requirements.

**Warranty Agreement**
Austin Medical Design, LLC warrants to the purchaser of this product ("Purchaser") that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under "normal use and service" (the "Warranty") for twelve months from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period"). "Normal use and service" refers to the product being used in its intended clinical setting. A product found to be defective during the Warranty Period will be referred to as a "Defective Product."
The Purchaser may return a Defective Product, at their expense, to the Seller during the Warranty Period for a money-back refund (the "12-Month Money-Back Refund"). The 12-Month Money-Back Refund will be the sole and exclusive remedy for any breach of the Warranty.
Please note that the terms and conditions of this Warranty Agreement contain the exclusive warranty related to this product, replacing all other warranties—express, implied, or statutory—including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Seller's liability shall not exceed the amount received from the Purchaser for this product, and the Seller shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a breach of this Warranty Agreement.
